Hello, you can call me Rosslyn.

“My deeper purpose is to help restore our relationship with our true nature, beginning with myself.” —Rosslyn

I’m someone who listens—to life, to the space between, and to what quietly asks to be met.

If you have felt a quiet ache to come home to yourself or wondered what it would take to live with greater alignment, depth, and clarity, you’re welcome here.

I’ve been a seeker. I’ve been lost. I’ve been stuck.

For years, I searched for answers out there, only to find myself more lost. How do I journey without a map? What’s my path to walk? I was in need of guidance, not others’ but my own.

Turns out…

I wasn't looking for someone else's answers.

I was learning how to hear my own.

What slowly transformed me wasn't another answer, but meeting myself with sincerity and learning how to stay present with my own experience long enough for something deeper to emerge.

This is the spirit in which I now accompany people.

I am many things. None of them fully describe me.

A trauma-informed certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West × facilitator × poet × writer × author × knitter × designer × so much more!

A still point; a living question.

At my core, an inquirer, an eternal mystery unfolding.

I work at nature’s pace, offering presence and grounded accompaniment.

This means abiding, listening deeply, and allowing insight and integration to unfold naturally.

I don’t offer quick fixes or tactics that override experience. I've walked that road myself and found that lasting change asks for something different. Lasting change begins from bringing sincerity, curiosity, and presence to meet oneself.

I invite you on an adventure to discover and remember who you truly are.

My work is shaped by soul inquiry, trauma-informed coaching, somatic practice, and embodied approaches to healing.
